Title: Senior Business Analyst
Summary: Responsible for assisting executive team leaders and staff on significant and complex issues by providing superior analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Cross train with management groups in a highly effective, professional manner, to determine what their needs are to meet their strategic goals.
- Assist team leaders on complex corporate decisions, using superior analytical skills.
- Focus on identifying the changes to an organization that are required for it to achieve strategic goals, including strategies, structures, policies, processes, and information systems.
- Drill down into each business requirement to ensure that what is being asked is actually what is needed by each management group.
- Assist Vice President and Senior Director of Strategic Planning in performing cost-benefit analysis to prioritize capital projects and ensure capital resources are linked to strategic initiatives.
Requirements:
- Must have an MBA and a minimum of 7 years of progressively responsible experience and successful track record in finance/business.
- Must have a demonstrated expertise in cost-benefit analysis, analysis methodologies and other economic decision support tools.
- Knowledge of and experience in Logistical applications is highly desirable.
- Must have a superior ability to communicate orally and in writing.
