Title:    Senior Director, Strategic Planning 

Summary: 

Responsible for organizing the department and developing and managing the strategic planning initiatives, ensuring that its capital investment and business decisions are properly guided by strong analysis. 

Responsibilities:   

• Recruit and manage staff in a manner to achieve excellent results. 
• Provide regular and timely advice to Management on strategic planning issues and their implications. 
• Manage the application of cost-benefit analysis to prioritize capital projects. 
• Develop financial models and use additional decision support tools to assist in strategic planning, business planning, capital planning, and performance measurement, to advance its strategic vision and guide investment and policy choices. 
• Analyze and evaluate internal business plans. 

• Must have an MBA and a minimum of 10 years experience with a successful track record in business analysis and strategic planning. 
• Must have a strong financial background in data analysis and forecasting. 
• Must have a superior ability to communicate strategic ideas, orally and in writing to a varied audience.
